ExtensisHR publishes accreditation and retention, not price

ExtensisHR publishes two things a buyer can use and one thing it does not: an accreditation, a client-retention figure, and no price. All of it below was fetched from ExtensisHR's own site and matched word for word on the date shown.

ExtensisHR coverage, evidenced

ExtensisHR publishes its own pages for 1 of the states this record tracks. Each link below is that live page, which is the evidence this site counts as coverage. A claim to serve all fifty states is not evidence and is not counted here.

Retention is the number a PEO can least easily fake

A published client-retention percentage is a claim about how many clients stay, and in a market where switching is painful it is one of the more meaningful things a PEO can print. It is still the provider's own figure on the provider's own page, computed however it chooses; it is quoted here with its date so you can ask what it counts.

Ask what the denominator is and over what period. A retention figure that excludes clients lost in their first year, or that counts a client renewed at a far worse rate, is a different number from the one you assumed.

Accreditation, and the limits of it

ExtensisHR's page states an IRS accreditation, quoted verbatim above. As with any certified professional employer organisation, that concerns federal employment-tax liability and financial assurance rather than service or price.

Its state pages exist for only some of the states tracked here, so it appears on those pages and not others. Coverage in this record always means a live page at a recorded URL, never a claim to serve everywhere.

Common questions

What does ExtensisHR cost?
It publishes no price on the pages checked here. Its published figures are an accreditation and a client-retention percentage, both quoted verbatim above with the date they were read.
Is ExtensisHR accredited?
Its own site states an IRS accreditation, quoted verbatim above. Ask which accreditation specifically and for the certificate, because the umbrella term covers more than one standard.
