Year-end is a separate bill and it says so
Year-end tax forms are an annual charge at SurePayroll rather than part of the monthly subscription, and the page states that outright. Providers that do not mention year-end are not necessarily including it; they are just not telling you when it arrives.
For a small employer this is the difference between a monthly figure and an annual cost. Add the year-end line to twelve months of subscription and per-worker charges before comparing with any provider that publishes only a headline.
Where its multi-state charge sits
